I called Bill Queen to show me a house he had listed. He gave me the straight scoop. I told my husband that the house was a no deal but that I had found the agent we should use. From that point Bill made every possible home that we could qualify for available to us. He spared no effort to help us relocated from New York to Chesterfield, Virginia.

I asked Bill if I could sell the second lot and he told me I could sell it because it was a legal lot but he was not sure that it would bring much of a price. There is a 50 foot wide utility sewer & storm drain easement running through the center of the quarter acre lot. Bill said he would look into it. Bill did his research and met several times with the county planning department. Bill developed a site plan that resulted in a building permit issued by the county. Bill listed the lot and sold it to a home builder for $50,000. In the meanwhile my home, without the second lot, appraised for $8,000 more than what I had paid just a few months ago. That's why I say that Bill found me $50,000 out of thin air.

In early 1998, as part of an operation to infiltrate motorcycle gangs, Queen joined the San Fernando Valley chapter of the Mongols as Billy St. John , and was a member for 28 months.[2] Despite his nickname, Billy the Slow-Brain ,[3] he was successful within the ranks of bikers, and even rose to the position of chapter vice-president and treasurer.[1][2] Thanks to evidence he gathered while in these positions, a series of raids on May 19, 2000 by almost 700 lawmen in four states led to the arrest and conviction of 54 gang members.[1] The ATF later described Queen's time undercover as its most successful [biker gang] penetration.
