Solnik Views
Dr. Solnik is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). His training and expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery provides patients with alternatives to traditional surgical technique such as total laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy, endoscopic treatment of endometriosis and laparoscopic repair of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. His skills will soon be directed towards innovative technologies such as the DaVinci robotics system currently in use at UCI.
Bruno Solnik is recognized as one of the most outstanding contributors to the international finance profession, and is the 1999 recipient of the prestigious Nicholas Molodovsky Award from the Board of Governors of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. He is an advisor to UBS Global Asset Management and has acted as a consultant for numerous asset management firms and pension funds around the world. Dennis McLeavey, Vice President in the Curriculum and Examinations Department at the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, is a co-author of several journal articles and texts, including the CFA Institutecrs"s Analysis of Equity Investments: Valuation.
As a professional musician, Hershman has worked in a wide variety of settings. He has performed and recorded with Joe Williams, Ernestine Anderson, Jimmy Webb, Michael Tilson Thomas and Patti Lupone.
