Shirt Germany Views
The SA was the first Nazi paramilitary group to develop pseudo-military titles for bestowal upon its members. The SA ranks were adopted by several other Nazi Party groups, chief amongst them the SS, itself originally a branch of the SA. Brown-coloured shirts were chosen as the SA uniform because a large batch of them were cheaply available after World War I, having originally been ordered during the war for colonial troops posted to Germany's former African colonies.[1]
The SA officially ceased to exist in May 1945 when Nazi Germany collapsed. In the modern age, several Neo-Nazi groups claim to be continued extensions of the SA, with terms such as stormtrooper and brown shirt common in Neo-Nazi vocabulary, however these groups are often loosely organized with separate agendas.
A few of the Wiesbaden High School cheerleaders from Wiesbaden Germany, are shown here wearing their awesome CustomInk Cheer sweatshirts as they sell the beautiful Christmas ornaments CustomInk made for our fundraiser! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service and personnel at CustomInk! They have gone above and beyond customer service! Vielen Dank! Wir lieben CustomInk! (Many thanks! We love CustomInk!)
We made customink shirts for our group, St. Philip Youth Ministry, to wear to World Youth Day 2005 in Cologne Germany. They helped us find each other in crowds, and we even wore them to a mass said the pope where he blessed everything we had with us. SO now our customink shirts are blessed by Pope Benedict!
