Ambrosia Custard Views
Ambrosia is a well known brand in the United Kingdom. Its original product was a dried milk powder for infants, but it is most famous for its custard and rice pudding. The brand plays on the fact that it is made in Devon (at a factory in Lifton), with well known strapline Devon knows how they make it so creamy .[1]
Ambrosia Custard is also available in can, carton and an individual format offering little pots of flavoured custard. Newly introduced to the range is Ambrosia Pudurs"s. Crumble Puds contain Ambrosia creamy Devon Custard, fruit compote and crumble on the side, while the Jelly Pots combine fruit jelly with Ambrosia creamy Devon Custard. With less than 5% fat, Crumble Puds and Jelly Puds are extremely versatile and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
