Hi All Wondering what you recommend as camera protection from the elements. I have just bought a Nikon D200 and want to take it to the desert, beach, salt spray etc and dont want it to get damaged in the process. Yes, I included desert as I live in Arizona and we have some sand dunes 10 min away that I visit regularly. Specifically, items you can buy on the market for less than $100. I know Shower caps work but want something sturdier. Some have suggested Kata E-702, Tenba RC-9, Lightware RC100 and finally Ewa-Marine U-AX Underwater Housing whick is almost $300. The only reason I am including an underwater housing is b/c it is the cheapest underwater housing for Nikon d-200. I figured, if it protects under water, it will certainly protect by the beach. And while it is much more expensive than the other 3, if most suggest that this is the better way to go, then I may consider. Any suggestion or recommendation is appreciated.
