All Cirque De Soleil poster orders are processed through the MovieGoods.com web site. The MovieGoods shipping policies are stated below. All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. Rolled posters are shipped in heavy duty cardboard mailing tubes. Items such as folded posters, stills, press kits and lobby cards are packaged in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard envelopes, or in bubble-wrapped lined envelopes. If your order contains multiple items that can be carefully packaged in the same package, then we will do so to keep shipping costs minimized.
Once your Boutique order leaves our warehouse, an email is sent to you with an online tracking number. Cirque du Soleil uses UPS and FedEx to ship eBoutique orders. You may also track your order via the eBoutique website (LIEN) by logging in and clicking ‘Where is My Order?’ at the bottom of any page. Be aware that orders outside of the United States and Canada cannot be tracked and are mailed using regular postal services.
