Use little red pails or Elmo Halloween pails filled with candy and Elmo goodies as centerpieces. Print off Elmo coloring pages to include in the centerpiece. Leave open or wrap up in cellophane, and tie Elmo balloons or red balloons to the pail. An Elmo lunch box could work in place of the pails; if you have to use a plain red pail, try covering it in Elmo-themed stickers. Divide the treats in the pails evenly to give away as party favors.

You can do this by taking helium filled Elmo Mylar balloons or theme colored balloons and attach them to Elmo stuffed animals with theme colored ribbon.
