Elmo Centerpieces Views
Another option is to invest in an edible centerpiece. These are centerpieces created out of cut fruit, arranged into different shapes or in themes. Order an Elmo-themed centerpiece and place it in the center of the table. Or you could have a cookie bouquet made of Elmo-themed cookies. Either way, the finished product will not only be visually attractive but also a snack for the guests.
The invention of the Tickle-Me-Elmo doll brought on a fascination with the giggling, furry, red creature by children the world over. With his popularity, Elmo has found himself the theme of many children's birthday parties, as well as for parties for some obsessed adults who've never really grown up. As Elmo is used for birthday after birthday, hosts are finding new ways to express their creativity and come up with ideas for Elmo centerpieces.
Use little red pails or Elmo Halloween pails filled with candy and Elmo goodies as centerpieces. Print off Elmo coloring pages to include in the centerpiece. Leave open or wrap up in cellophane, and tie Elmo balloons or red balloons to the pail. An Elmo lunch box could work in place of the pails; if you have to use a plain red pail, try covering it in Elmo-themed stickers. Divide the treats in the pails evenly to give away as party favors.
You can choose to purchase Elmo first birthday party centerpieces for your tables or you can make your own Elmo centerpieces. You can do this by taking helium filled Elmo Mylar balloons or theme colored balloons and attach them to Elmo stuffed animals with theme colored ribbon. Mylar balloons are great for an Elmo first birthday party, as they are safer for young children and are harder to pop. (The Elmo stuffed animals may need weighed down depending on their size and the amount of balloons attached.)
