Imagine Me & You is a 2005 British-German comedy-romance film written and directed by Ol Parker. It centres on the relationship between Rachel, played by Piper Perabo and Luce, played by Lena Headey, who meet on Rachel's wedding day. The movie takes its title from a line in the song Happy Together . Writer/director Ol Parker reveals on the DVD audio commentary that the movie was originally titled Click, after the French term for love at first sight, but conflicts with the Adam Sandler film of the same name necessitated the name change.

The film opens on Rachel (Piper Perabo) and Hector's (Matthew Goode) wedding day. Rachel's bossy mother Tess (Celia Imrie) and adorably dazed dad Ned (Anthony Head) are introduced. Luce, (Lena Headey) who manages a flower shop, is the wedding florist. She also makes fast friends with Rachel's younger sister, Henrietta (nicknamed H because, according to Henrietta, her mother exclaimed Jesus H. Christ! upon discovering she was pregnant). However, as Rachel is walking up the aisle, her eyes meet Luce's and a connection is made.

BEN DAVIS (Director of Photography) Ben Davis began his film career working on short films such as THE CERTAIN SOMETHING starring Monica Belluci and Macbeth Starring Rhys Ifans. His first foray into features was with MIRANDA, starring John Hurt, Christina Ricci and John Simm. More recently, Davis worked alongside director Matthew Vaughn on the gritty British gangster film LAYER CAKE. He also shot the forthcoming DECAMERON, starring Mischa Barton and Hayden Christiansen and YOUNG HANNIBAL. Before moving into films, Davis forged his reputation with an accomplished career as a Director of Photography in commercials, working for prestigious brands such as Ford, Coca Cola, Audi and BMW.

ALEX MACKIE, A.C.E. (Film Editor) Alex Mackie's feature film editing credits include Stephen Fry's BRIGHT YOUNG THINGS, Julian Fellowes' SEPARATE LIES, Danny Cannon's THE YOUNG AMERICANS and JUDGE DREDD, Bob Mandel's THE SUBSTITUTE, and Thaddeus O'Sullivan's THE HEART OF ME. She is currently completing COPYING BEETHOVEN, starring Ed Harris and Diane Kruger, directed by Agnieszka Holland. Mackie received Emmy Award nominations for Best Editing for Ben Ross's o"RKO 281d" and for b"C.S.I - The Pilot episode. " She began her career cutting documentaries and pop promos, and was Terence Davies' Sound Editor on DISTANT VOICES/STILL LIVES and THE LONG DAY CLOSES.
