Litter Pick Views
You’ve picked out your puppy and paid the bill. It is six weeks of age and you want the puppy now! However the breeder says you can’t take it home for seven more days. They say they always keep the puppies with the mother and littermates until they are 49 days of age. Exactly seven weeks! While you may be disappointed, in our opinion you are very lucky. You are working with a breeder who is worried more about doing what is right for the dog than getting out of an additional week of puppy cleaning duties.
If you decide to purchase a pup at a distance, go through all the steps we've already discussed, and a few more. Find other people who have had the breeder choose puppies for them, and ask how good the matches were. If you're straightforward about what you want and don't want, an experienced breeder can usually pick the right puppyw—and, of course, will tell you if the right pup just isn't in the litter.
Please ensure that you are wearing heavy duty gloves or using a litter picker at all times. Take extra care with any obvious hazards - such as tin cans and broken glass - and ensure that children are supervised by an adult. You should also think carefully about the area you are working in as some environments such as fast flowing rivers or busy roads can be dangerous.
This place is awful. This guy is an idiot. Do not shop here because you WILL regret it. The guy who owns this store is named John. He is a bad person and is rude. The 'Pick of the Litter' stinks. I feel so bad for the puppies. They are so cute and innocent, but get treated like a piece of s*it. The puppies don't deserve to be treated this way. If you want to save the puppies by buying them, don't. Call the ASPCA or any animal rescuing foundation. This store should shut down and the dogs should live a happy life, and be tortured. Thanks and don't shop here.
