The second level is a complete power sweeping and vacuuming followed by power scrubbing the entire parking surface with an industrial riding floor scrubber. Power scrubbing the parking garage is a popular alternative to pressure washing. Heavy oil and grease stains are pretreated with a biodegradable degreaser before scrubbing. The power scrubber sprays down a pre measured detergent solution, agitates and scrubs at the same time, vacuums up the scrub solution and dirt and then squeegees it dry. The parking surface is immediately ready for vehicular traffic. There is no need to shut the parking garage down for the day and loose valuable revenue. Power scrubbing saves time, labor, water and money verses pressure wash cleaning.
The third level is a complete power sweeping and vacuuming followed by pressure washing the parking garage. In addition to the parking surface, the walls, support columns and ceiling can be pressured washed too, if needed. Pressure washing can break down the bonds that grease ,oil, soot, dirt and grime have with the garage garage. Heavy oil and grease stains are pretreated with a biodegradable degreaser. Then the parking surface is pressured washed using a surface cleaner, hot water and detergent. Hot water helps break down oil and grease stains making it easier for the detergents to do their job. Pressure washing does require high volume water and time; however it produces the most thorough cleaning of all three levels.
