Yoshi Blades Views
Y"Yoshi Blades " are ceramic knivese–no metalc–that can cut veggies and meat like any other knife. So what is to stop someone from strapping one to their leg through airport security?? Not everyone get patted down, and Full body screenings are not mandatory! Thoughts? Anyone know how to get the media to inquire??
I bought the Yoshi blade on sale at CVS and so far I like it. when cutting, the veggies do not stick to the blade. this makes it easier to dice onions, tomatoes and the like. I knew beforehand that ceramic blades are not for everything. Watch Ming Tsai, he uses both steel and ceramic knives. Note, due to the fact that ceramic knives can snap, it is not recommended for cutting up a whole chicken, use the back end of a steel chef knife for that instead. With the Yoshi blade, I can throw out many of my knives but not all of them. In short, you get what you pay for so I had no unrealistic expectations for this knife. Over all it is a good product provided that you take care of it like you are supposed to.
WARNING!!!! The merits of the Yoshi Bladee’s functionality may be debatable at best. HOWEVER, ordering from the official website is scandalous! You are not allowed to confirm your order, so you go through the long process where you are offered several other blades and knifes, then BOOM, you are charged. No way to back out or cancel. And it does not even tell you the full exact amount. You get that when you get your statement as they add on taxes which of course you have to pay (based on the state you live in) but the website should make you aware of the total charge BEFORE you decide to accept the final charges.
