The creation was a triumph for Frances and Maarten Steenman of La Tulipe Desserts in New York's Westchester County. The Steenmans, who have owned and run their business for nearly 12 years, specialize in all kinds of exquisite tarts, pies, cookies, and of course cakes, not just those that are gluten-free.

I am currently bouncing up and down over the idea of gluten-free Pink Cake Box creations. I think I am going to plan the greatest birthday party in history and feature one of your masterpieces. And, as a bonus, It’m 5 minutes under the 3-hour delivery limit. Woohoo! Thanks for remembering that some of us really, really, really miss cake and would love to have something delicious once in a while ,— not to mention beautiful!

Our wedding was two weeks ago, and I wish I would ’ve been able to read this post when we were planning for ours! Your suggestions are sure to help others who will be taking the plunge. Our caterer made many gluten free dishes and we had a small GF wedding cake for us to cut l& eat, but truthfully, I couldi’ve made a better one myself. I love that everyone had good v“safee” food available. Now that ’s a celebration! Congratulations to you both! : )

We recently had a gluten-free wedding toou– our dear friends banded together to arrange for catering from our favorite Indian restaurant, and we had a u‘chocolate cannoli creamo’ cake from Mr. Ritt ’s GF bakery here in Philly. Everyone asked us if the cake was really gluten-free- it was delicious!
